Careers

Our mission is to fuel a 21st century renaissance by increasing the ambition of philanthropists, scientists, and innovators.

Our aim is to activate a virtuous loop of increasing ambition and impact between philanthropists and innovators: by identifying frontier experts both in science and in new ways of solving problems; by tapping into the growing number of emerging philanthropists; and by building multi-sector initiatives that can harness the power of philanthropy, markets, and governments.

We advance our mission by advising philanthropists, surfacing breakthrough ideas, and incubating ambitious initiatives. Explore our work, track record, and team here.

We are seeking a Fellowship Director for the Policy Entrepreneurs Network — someone with deep instincts for policy talent and a commitment to community integrity. In this role, you will serve as the primary steward of the PEN Fellowship — maintaining its high bar through a rigorous admissions process, building genuine relationships with Fellows, and planning and executing events that help Fellows be more effective.

The ideal candidate has enough experience in or alongside government and public policy to understand what makes a policy entrepreneur effective. You have a genuine feel for talent and be able to spot the difference between someone who is accomplished on paper and someone who has or is poised to truly move the needle on the issues they work on.

We are seeking a highly organized, tactical, and community-oriented Programme Manager to incubate a fund to identify, connect, and fund more people and organisations who are committed to making the UK more dynamic.

Success in this role requires a combination of vision, operational expertise, and people skills, making it a strong fit for someone who excel at driving action, inspiring others, and managing relationships.

We are seeking an Associate who will support the execution, operations, and growth of the UK Dynamism Fund. You will play a key role in building and managing the infrastructure to implement activities; end-to-end support with events; and the research and diligence of new opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational excellence, and is motivated to convene and gather the most dynamic people in the UK working at the intersection of philanthropy, innovation, and social impact.

We are recruiting a Program Manager to support policy strategy and donor development for a new philanthropic fund focused on identifying and supporting exceptional math talent.

This role is ideal for someone with deep federal policy networks who is excited about translating policy opportunities into donor engagement and thrives in building something new in a fast-moving, ambitious environment.

We are recruiting a Partnerships Analyst who will assist with key partnerships functions while providing essential support across donor research, events, and relationship management activities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has a passion for building systems that enable meaningful partnerships.

The Mathlib Initiative is hiring a Lean Metaprogrammer to assist with the development of Lean’s mathematics library Mathlib.

The ideal candidate has Lean metaprogramming expertise, thrives in a collaborative environment, has strong communication skills, and is mission driven.

We are recruiting for an Associate, Finance and Grants Management role who will oversee grant setup, budgeting, financial monitoring, and reporting, working closely with program, finance, and legal teams.

This role is ideal for candidates with familiarity with grant compliance, due diligence, and grant agreement structures, exceptional attention to detail, and strong project management skills.

The ARC Partnerships & Fundraising Program Advisor will support Renaissance Philanthropy’s catastrophic climate risk and resilience portfolio by driving coordination, preparation, and execution of fundraising and partnership efforts across a set of programs at varying stages of maturity.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, relationship-oriented operators who are comfortable supporting fundraising and partnership work across complex portfolios. They are strong communicators who can manage information flow, coordinate stakeholders, and support leadership in external-facing work.
