Phoebe Abeles

Phoebe Abeles is the Operations Associate at Renaissance Philanthropy. In this role, she ensures operational excellence through management of internal systems, project and event coordination, and executive operations. 

Previously, Phoebe worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Girl Scouts of Greater New York where she served as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, managed team-wide projects and events, and provided operational support to the Executive Team. 

With community building at the core of her work, Phoebe successfully launched Club 1912, an emerging professionals’ community of Girl Scouts alumni and allies dedicated to building meaningful opportunities for connection and growth as supporters of Girl Scouts of Greater New York. Phoebe is also a member of the New York Women’s Foundation Emerging Leaders Network.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude from The College of New Jersey with a B.A. in International Studies, concentration in Diplomacy, and a Minor in History.
