Maddi Reeves is a fellow at Renaissance Philanthropy.

Maddi was most recently the Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer at the White House during the Biden-Harris Administration. In this role, she worked across government and industry on climate and sustainability topics ranging from low-embodied carbon construction materials to clean electricity to sustainable supply chains. Prior to this role, Maddi served as an Energy Officer at the Department of State, as a climate tech investor at DBL Partners, and as a strategy consultant at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Bain & Company. Maddi holds a BBA from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Northwestern University, and an MPP from Harvard University.
