Lauren Gilbert

Lauren Gilbert is the Horizon Scanning Study Group Programme Manager.

She joined Renaissance Philanthropy from Open Philanthropy, where she was part of the cause prioritization team looking at new areas for Open Philanthropy grantmaking in global health and development. She is a fellow at the Energy for Growth Hub and Roots of Progress, as well as a Senior Researcher at UK Day One. She has a MA in political science and MS in physics from the University of California, San Diego, and a BS in physics from Caltech.
