Emma Cappiello

Emma Cappiello is the Manager, Programs & Operations for Renaissance Philanthropy.

Previously, she was a Manager and Special Advisor at Schmidt Futures where she served as Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the Talent Engine, overseeing a $110m portfolio that houses 10+ programs, 2 cross-functional teams, and 75+ team members.

With Fellowships at the core of her work, Emma assisted in the development, management, and launch of both the Summit Fellows program and Summit Impact, a 501(c)3 Nonprofit. In this work, she supported 100+ entrepreneurs from 25+ countries.

She is dedicated to designing strategies, optimizing operations, and mobilizing teams across impact-driven venture and philanthropy. Emma serves as an advisor to The Residency and an Interim Advisor for Interact, both focused on technology and entrepreneurship. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in International Relations and Minor in Social Entrepreneurship.
