Emefa Agawu

Emefa Agawu is a Fellow at Renaissance Philanthropy.

Before joining Renaissance, Emefa produced episodes of "The Ezra Klein Show" at The New York Times. Prior to that, Emefa was a fellow in The Washington Post’s Opinions section where she also wrote editorials as a member of the paper’s editorial board.

Before journalism, Emefa worked on tech policy at the Center for Security and Emerging Technology and at New America. She holds a BA in Political Science from Yale College and an MPhil in Comparative Government from the University of Oxford.
