Antonia Theodorakopoulou

Antonia Theodorakopoulou is the Program Manager of the Creator Community at Renaissance Philanthropy, where she oversees and develops the community’s initiatives in the UK, including the two fellowships that stem from the program.

Prior to joining Renaissance Philanthropy, Antonia was an investor at Entrepreneur First (EF), a VC with a portfolio valued at $11B+, where she supported the creation of deep-tech companies. She co-directed over $2M in pre-seed investments, developed a biotech-focused investment thesis, and formed strong relationships with leading STEM labs in the UK, EU, and the US.

Before her work with EF, Antonia founded two biotech companies, securing funding from Blackstone and Europe’s top early-stage VC. In 2021, she was featured in Blackstone’s first Climate Week Introduction Paper and awarded the Siemens Innovative Student of the Year Award for her technical achievements. In 2023, she was nominated for both Top 10 Biotech CEOs and Top 10 Biotechs in the UK. Additionally, she has experience as a strategy consultant, advising enterprises and startups, and serving on nonprofit boards.

Antonia holds a BSc and MSc in Chemistry (Hons) from King’s College London, where she conducted original, independent research in computational chemistry and quantum mechanics. She is a European Union Science Olympiad and Mathematical Association of America awardee, and a Harvard Award nominee.
