Allison Kucinski

Allison Kucinski is the Finance Lead at Renaissance Philanthropy, bringing more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit finance and accounting. A seasoned CPA and strategic financial leader, Allison is known for turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that help mission-driven organizations thrive.

Prior to joining Renaissance Philanthropy, Allison served as Partner and Executive Vice President at Brand K Partners, an outsourced accounting firm dedicated to nonprofits. There, she led financial transformations for dozens of organizations - strengthening operations, driving fiscal sustainability, and enhancing impact through improved systems and reporting.

Allison’s career began at AT&T, where she worked as a business systems analyst, laying the foundation for her expertise in financial systems optimization and process improvement. Her passion lies in building efficient financial infrastructures that empower nonprofits to grow and adapt in a dynamic funding environment.

She holds a Master of Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, from the University of Notre Dame.
