Partnerships Analyst

Job Description

As the Partnerships Analyst at Renaissance Philanthropy, you will assist with key partnerships functions while providing essential support across donor research, events, and relationship management activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has a passion for building systems that enable meaningful partnerships.

Renaissance Philanthropy operates as a hybrid, geo-flexible organization with offices in New York, D.C., and London. We have a strong preference for candidates that are based in the eastern time zone. This role has a salary range of $70,000–$100,000.


Role and Responsibilities

Donor Research

  • Conduct donor research to identify new prospects and inform outreach strategies

  • Support the prioritization and qualification of prospects based on priorities and needs

  • Develop donor profiles, including giving history, capacity, and interests, by using prospect research tools (e.g., WealthX, ProPublica, Candid, etc)

  • Support program teams to develop prospect lists 

  • Prepare concise donor research briefs to support leadership with donor engagement

Funder Engagement & Outreach

  • Assist leadership with donor outreach by supporting outbound communications, supporting the tracking and management of donor follow-ups, and calendar management for fundraising trips

  • Provide general support on fundraising events

Data Management & Infrastructure

  • Own data entry (e.g. call notes, people uploads, and RSVPs) and tracking across multiple systems such as Airtable, Salesforce, and Google

  • Conduct ongoing data cleaning and maintenance to ensure data integrity

  • Manage and optimize the partnerships tech stack (Salesforce, Airtable,  FillOut, Granola, etc), evaluating tools to help improve team efficiency

  • Help develop and maintain knowledge sharing documents for the team such as presentations and partnerships documents


Key Qualifications

Required

  • 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, development, operations, or a similar role

  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail

  • Knowledge of prospect research methodologies

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Experience with data management and maintaining clean, organized systems

  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools quickly

Preferred

  • Experience in nonprofit development or fundraising

  • Familiarity with Airtable, Fillout, or similar database tools

  • Background in event coordination

  • Experience supporting senior leadership
